Its working principle is to use a heavy disc cutter to act as a flywheel, stabilizing the slicing process.
Another method is to cut the polymer strip into particles. This requires a special slicer, which consists of a guide plate, feeding roller, pressure roller, and rotating blade. The working principle is: the cutter head is driven by a continuously variable transmission, and the feeding roller is driven by a set of variable gears through the cutter head. The cutter head is equipped with multiple blades according to the cutting size. The cutting length can be changed by changing the gear and the speed of the belt can be changed by the continuously variable transmission.
